In the coming months, we'll introduce a free tier with core tools and a Pro subscription that unlocks advanced AI features, unlimited usage, cloud storage, and team collaboration. Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES‑256). We never share, sell, or train AI models on your uploaded content. For logged‑in users, data is stored securely on Firebase with strict access controls.

Important: We recommend de‑identifying all patient information before uploading. A dedicated HIPAA‑compliant Enterprise tier with BAA support is on our roadmap for institutional subscribers. Until then, rehablix is best used with anonymized data.

rehablix tools are assistive decision support — they are not standalone diagnostic instruments and should never replace clinical judgment. Every output must be reviewed by a qualified rehabilitation professional.

We continuously train our models on real‑world mobility data to improve accuracy. Upcoming Pro features will include evidence‑based confidence scores and citation‑backed recommendations so you can verify the reasoning behind every suggestion.

Currently, rehablix requires an internet connection because AI processing runs in the cloud. The web app is fully responsive and works on any modern smartphone or tablet browser.

Offline‑capable mobile apps for iOS and Android are part of our Pro subscription roadmap. These will allow on‑device processing for tools like ROM Analyzer and Documentation Assistant when you're working in areas with limited connectivity.

We built rehablix specifically for members of the rehabilitation team in psychiatry, pediatrics and orthopaedics. Whether you work in a private clinic, hospital, sports setting, academic research, or home health, our tools are designed to fit into your existing workflow, not replace it.

Students and educators are also welcome. If you're teaching or studying rehabilitation, many of our tools (like Standardized Tools and Presentation Maker) are built with you in mind.

Absolutely. When subscriptions launch, you'll be able to cancel anytime from your account settings. There are no long‑term contracts or hidden fees. If you cancel, you'll retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period, then your account will gracefully downgrade to the free tier — you won't lose any data.
