rehablix provides AI-assisted tools for assignment generation, range of motion (ROM) analysis, gait analysis, documentation, and clinical education support. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform according to your subscription plan.
You retain ownership of all content you create (assignments, analyses, notes). We do not claim ownership over your intellectual property. What you create remains yours.

We offer flexible plans to accommodate students, professionals, and institutions. Here's what you should know about subscriptions.
The Free plan provides limited access to core features. No payment information is required. You can continue using the Free plan indefinitely or upgrade anytime.
We accept Paystack (Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa), Flutterwave (multiple African countries), and Google Pay (international). All transactions are processed securely by our payment partners.
You may upgrade your plan at any time. The new price will be prorated for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle, and you may lose access to higher-tier features immediately upon downgrade.
We want you to be completely satisfied with rehablix. If you encounter significant issues, please contact support within 7 days of your initial subscription. We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer partial refunds or credits. For ongoing subscriptions, we generally do not provide refunds for partial months after cancellation, but we'll work with you to find a fair resolution.
We may adjust prices occasionally. We'll notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price increase affecting your active subscription. If you don't accept the price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
From time to time, we may offer free trials or promotional discounts. Terms will be disclosed at the time of offer. At the end of a free trial, we may automatically convert your account to a paid plan unless you cancel.

However, all content, analyses, suggestions, and outputs generated by our platform are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
You, as a healthcare professional or student, remain solely responsible for all clinical decisions, patient assessments, treatment plans, and documentation. Always exercise your independent professional judgment and verify critical information.
Our AI models are trained on available data and may produce incomplete, inaccurate, or biased outputs. You should never rely solely on AI-generated content for patient care. rehablix is designed as an assistant — the final responsibility always rests with you.
rehablix is not intended for emergency situations. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
As a user, you are responsible for complying with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards in your jurisdiction, including patient privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, local equivalents). We provide tools to help, but compliance is ultimately your responsibility.
While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee that rehablix will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available."
To the fullest extent permitted by law, rehablix and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold rehablix harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform in violation of these terms or applicable laws.
